Jonathan Lo, M.Psy.
For over 10 years, Jonathan has worked in a variety of settings, including a mental health hospital, community mental health agencies, an addiction facility, and private practices.
He works with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and other issues such as life transitions and stress.
Jonathan has training in cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and mindfulness therapy. Also, in his work with the immigrant and refugee population, he uses a trauma-informed lens to help them manage their stress, grief, and trauma. Jonathan is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
